The Project Manager is responsible for project management activities including assigning work, monitoring results and implementation of projects in large scope with impact on multi-functions.  These projects reach across multiple departments and stakeholders requiring interpretive thinking and considerable judgment to develop integrated solutions for complex problems and issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated project plans and project budgets as part of managing the activities and deliverables of assigned project
  • Responsible for tracking key project milestones and financials, and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet project objectives
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, while adhering to high quality standards
  • May write business requirements, create process flows and develop test cases, as needed.
  • Owns the overall quality assurance and client satisfaction of the project. This may include creation of the test plan, performing test cases, including obtaining sign-off from owner/client
  • May contribute or engage in change management activities to prepare impacted areas
  • Manage multiple projects in similar areas of knowledge
  • Lead internal and external project meetings with key stakeholders and clients.

 Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of PMP or Agile
  • Experience in Digital marketing or Call Center or Ecommerce Fulfillment helpful
  • Completed classes in one of the 4 key technical certifications (PMP, Scrum Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Org Change Mgmt)
  • Past experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner Role
  • Past experience in a client facing role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of MS Project, Excel and Visio or similar tools
  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment. Accepts quick changes in direction or pace, Agile thought process
  • Ability to multitask
  • Results and detail oriented
