Dialog Direct is looking for a high quality, motivated individual to be the Director of First Impressions at our office in Denison, TX location. Our company strives for excellence and we believe that starts from the moment you walk in the door. This is an opportunity to gain great experience in the field of administration with a growing company.

Must have a positive attitude and must be able to work the following shift: 

Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:30PM (Sat/Sun off)

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming phone calls in a professional manner and direct calls to the appropriate location and/or person
  • Welcome guests and clients professionally
  • Maintaining Reception area organized and making a positive First Impression for all guests
  • Manage employee and guest security badge system and records
  • Assist with Administrative Tasks from the Human Resources Department
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Provide basic support and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and administered in a fair and non-discriminatory manner
  • Assist with filing, faxing, mailing and copying documents
  • All other duties assigned

 Qualifications and Skills

  • Dependable and Reliable
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Telephone PBX type of skills the ability to operate multi-trunk system
  • Proficient computer skills essential (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, HRMS, Visio, ADP)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and problem solve
  • Pleasant demeanor and a positive attitude
  • Professional in both appearance and speech
  • Detail and deadline oriented
  • General office equipment knowledge
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very fast paced environment
  • High school diploma required
