This is a hybrid position and requires an individual with multiple skill sets. Approximately 75% of their time will be spent as a Product Specialist, where they will identify, cultivate, and pre-qualify Fleet Vehicle leads that extend the marketing initiatives for our client. The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of the client's product portfolio and effectively present options to perspective leads. The remaining 25% of this individual's time will be spent as the Program Administrator, where they will be the lead and owner of all client-facing reporting and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong understanding of client product portfolio to effectively communicate options to leads         
  • Conduct outbound calls to qualify incoming leads
  • Under the direction of the account team, help manage relationships with data vendors and end client
  • Provide overall account support related to reporting requirements
  • Savvy customer service delivery to include excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Strong initiative and follow-through
  • Solid attention to detail, organization and multitasking skills
  • Good-natured, positive attitude
  • Ability to demonstrate persistence to achieve quality
  • Effectively handle inbound and outbound emails

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales and/or marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service
  • Experience or interest in automotive industry
  • Strong team-orientation and ability to multitask
  • Self-driven with effective time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High proficiency with Excel and Word, PowerPoint a plus
  • Strongly prefer candidates with prior experience with Sales Force and typing skills of 35-45 WPM
  • Associate Degree preferred
