This position requires a highly responsible and organized individual. This individual will be responsible for supervising the pick/pack area as well as assisting with various projects throughout operations. Provides updates, feedback, monitors productivity/accuracy as well as continued process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor/maintain staffing & order fulfillment, based on customer requirements.
  • Coordinate department projects and workload delegation.
  • Ensure that orders/batches are printed, picked and packed.
  • Perform and/or assist with payroll duties.
  • Ensure that work areas and aisles/pallets are kept in a neat and organized.
  • Monitor BLS reporting to ensure orders are shipped/closed properly each day.
  • Assist Billing dept. regarding questions or concerns with billing and invoicing.
  • Schedule and coordinate vacation/sick days, in accordance with Budco policy.
  • Develop strong understanding of SOP's and training procedures; train staff where applicable.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of order fulfillment experience in a warehouse environment
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Prior experience with Windows/Web applications
  • Proficiency in MS office is essential
  • Prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality is a must.
  • Strong organizational, communication (written & verbal) and team building skills.
  • Experience utilizing various pieces of Material Handling Equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to lift 40-50lb cartons
