Dialog Direct is looking for Non-Licensed Healthcare Insurance Customer Service Agents who will take inbound phone calls from customers that are inquiring about memberships advertised. Dialog Direct is focused on providing remarkable experiences and is looking for candidates that will continue to drive retention and growth on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls regarding memberships and schedule return calls for licensed agents
  • Make outbound calls to current customers whose memberships are about to expire
  • Answer calls efficiently with a high degree of customer service and professional dialogue
  • Explain the features and benefits of the product
  • Retain and update customer contact and activity records
  • Must meet or exceed transfer goals
  • Sustain a quality monitoring score of 85% or greater
  • Must maintain an excellent attendance record

Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales and customer experience preferred
  • Experience analyzing and resolving customer service issues
  • Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills (30+ WPM)
  • Ability to read a script verbatim while sounding natural, enthusiastic, professional and confident
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Ability to manage multiple systems while assisting the customer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to change
